1. How do I claim land?
Use a Golden Shovel to claim land. Right-click two opposite corners to create your protected area. For full details, check the Land Claim Guide.
2. How do I earn claim blocks?
You can earn claim blocks through playtime, voting, crates, events, or store rewards.
3. How do I set or return to my home?
Use /sethome [name] to create a home and /home [name] to teleport back to it. The number of homes you can set depends on your vote rank or VIP rank.
4. How do I report a bug or glitch?
If you find a bug, please open a support ticket on our Discord. Include screenshots or a video if possible and explain how to reproduce the issue.
5. How do I report a player?
Open a Player Report Ticket on Discord under the #support-ticket section. Include evidence such as screenshots, chat logs, or videos whenever possible.
6. I lost my items — what should I do?
First, check your inventory and chests carefully. If the item was lost due to a vanilla cause (e.g., lava, despawn, etc.), it cannot be refunded. If it was caused by a glitch or server issue, please open a support ticket with any proof you have.
7. I forgot to set my home or lost my base — can staff help?
Yes! Please contact a staff member in-game or open a #support-ticket on Discord. We’ll do our best to help locate your area if possible.
8. How can I earn rewards?
You can earn rewards through daily rewards, voting, events, and crates. Special seasonal rewards may also be available!
9. What are player warps?
Player warps allow you to set public teleport points. Setting a warp costs 75 EXP levels, and the number of warps you can set depends on your vote rank.
10. What is ArtMap?
ArtMap lets you create custom paintings in-game. Type /artmap to open the menu and start painting your own artwork.
11. Can I use mods or texture packs?
Client-side visual mods like OptiFine or Minimap are allowed. However, any mods that provide unfair advantages (e.g., X-ray, auto-mining, fly hacks) are strictly prohibited.
12. How can I support the server?
You can support PetalCraft by purchasing from our store, voting, inviting friends, or simply being a positive part of the community!
13. When will new features or events be added?
