🔎Items Missing & Replacement

If you notice that items are missing in-game, please double-check your inventory and try to trace where you may have misplaced them. Sometimes items are simply forgotten or misplaced.

Items lost due to vanilla mechanics, such as dropping them into lava, cannot be replaced or refunded.

If your items were lost due to a glitch or bug, please provide a screenshot or video if possible. If you don’t have evidence, open a support ticket and explain the situation in detail. Our staff will review each case individually and assist you as best as possible.
