Bug Report Info
If you encounter a bug, please follow these steps:
Join our Discord server and verify your Minecraft account with your Discord account.
Open a ticket in the #support-ticket channel by clicking the Bug Report button.
Explain the issue clearly in the ticket. Be sure to include the steps needed to reproduce the bug.
Screenshots or videos are highly appreciated, as they help us fix the issue faster.

Player Report Info
If you need to report a player, please follow these steps:
Join our Discord server and verify your Minecraft account with your Discord account.
Open a ticket in the #support-ticket channel by clicking the Player Report button.
Clearly explain the issue in the ticket. Include as many details as possible, such as the steps to reproduce the behavior.
Screenshots or videos are highly appreciated, as they help our staff investigate more effectively.
If the report is urgent, you can mention @staff or send a direct message to a staff member in the #help channel for faster attention.

Don't have a discord account?
If you don’t have Discord or cannot access it, you can inform a player who is on Discord, and they can submit the report for you.
Alternatively, if you see a staff member online in-game, you may send them a private message about the report.
